What can be done with my art
Art sold cannot be reused or redrawn in any way shape or form. My art is not to interact with AI models or uploaded to websites that feed algorithms such as DeviantArt with the NO-AI setting off. Any needed uploads that breach this policy can be done with written permission, which can be requested from sygurdpaints@sygurdpaints.com

All uploads should be credited to the brand name SygurdPaints as the artist.

Refunded commissions are my property and those performing a refund agree that they surrender any and all rights to anything produced by me in regards to the refund.

!!! I have all rights to my art and reserve the right to use your commission for advertising and general posting !!!

How can we work together?
Each commission comes with a 3 change policy. 3 changes are permitted however any changes after that will be charged 25% of your original price. This does not apply to timed commissions which are one-and-done with one redo option, and it does not apply to design sessions, ref sheets, or Tarot commissions which are non-refundable services that perform the 3 change policy throughout the session.

If we are doing a design session, ref sheet, or Tarot commission, I need your attentive participation and effort toward a successful result along with me. Being in a call with me for 2 discussions (intro and closing) and 3 edit sessions over a few hours is the minimum.

Do not communicate your expectations of a commission through voice messages. Please type out what you want so I can check through it again later. Please be fluent in English, it's difficult for me to understand what you want if you can't convey it to me

Payment Stipulations and Refunds
German and Austrian customers need to circumvent paypal as a method.

If you are paying me on PayPal it is your job to cover the "Goods and Services" tax because they're taxing you, for the ability to cover your purchase under PayPal Purchase Protection, not my income.

Any and all sales are final.

I cannot reserve slots for you, it's pay to get in.

I take payment before all work is completed no exceptions.

I cannot refund on orders over $50 and will not refund on any order if I've already started on your order past the sketching phase. Unless it has taken me over eight months since the order date to complete (must provide proof of timeframe)

Refunds for my tarot deck are automatically refused, these cards and adapted versions take months and are not subject to the 8 month rule. You buy it, you aren't getting your money back.

Refunds on timed sona commissions will be 50% of the total price rounded to the nearest 5 (If you spent 15, you get 10 back)

Strict Boundaries
You must be 18 or older to purchase nsfw art and have proof of age ready. I am not liable for you lying about your age and then having to refuse your art without refund.

No hate content requests, explicitly illegal requests, and zero tolerance for messing with any forms of innocence

If I find out you commissioned me for a character that is not yours (I reverse search all my refs) you will be blacklisted, blocked, and refused a refund. The only exception to this is commissions bought for friends or family.

If you don't send ID by the time it's your turn in my waitlist after commissioning nsfw, I am under no obligation to refund you. Don't commission nsfw if you don't have ID

Agreeing
These are subject to change at ANY time, depending on what I think of as needing to be added. Read them BEFORE EVERY COMMISSION. If I directed you to this page, please send to me IN WRITING that you read and agree to these terms for your commission!
